Juggernaut Method - 3s Wave/Realization Deadlift, Squat and Press
My first cycle of Juggernaut is over. Overall I'm pleased with my final lifts on the cycle. I recouped the losses during 6-8 weeks of nursing injuries and then some.

I cut squats out of my 3s wave after knee pain during accumulation, so intensification went by pretty quickly. Nothing remarkable there.
Bench day was interesting this week. My swiss bar from Black Widow Training Gear came in and I did all but the last work set of bench with it (195x3 for 6 sets).
I knew going into this week that lifting would be interesting, as it was a realization week.
Monday I did my 5s wave realization bench. I was hoping for 10-12 reps at 205 but only hit 8. I'm a little disappointed but 8 is better than 5. I hit another 8 rep PR on incline DB bench after that with 8 reps at 90.
