Today was day 1 of week 2. 4x9 at 305. First 3 sets were smooth, last set got a little slow on the last 3 reps or so. Overall a good day. Looking forward to getting to the 10x3 day again with heavier weight.
As for the latter half of week 1, the 7x5 was by far the hardest day. I found that weird since for 6 months I did nothing but work in sets of 5 during StrongLifts. The 10x3 day was pretty easy and I didn't rest much between sets.
Yesterday, the "rest day" between weeks 1 and 2, was spent doing a quick light variety deadlift circuit, 225x12 RDL, x6 deficit RDL, x6 SLDL. Then some shrugs. Started light with a few 8 rep sets at 400, worked up to a double at 605. My traps didn't appreciate it much today, but it felt good. Tomorrow will probably an active recovery day with some LISS after a good set of KB swings for warmup.
